Meet the Twins by En Den

These are the Chiral sisters, Freel and Niox. Two halves of a whole. Not just identical twins, they are actual mirror reflections, down to their internal physiology (i.e. Freel's heart is on her right side). This actually makes it rather easy to tell them apart, as they have differing eye colors, blue and grey. Freel's right eye is blue, Niox's is the reverse. They are never separated, and practically move as one organism. They are the spolied daughters of a rich, uninfluential tribal leader. More of a figurehead, what little power he actually has he uses to keep his girls out of any real danger. Their mother was killed shortly after their birth. They have nothing better to do with their time than find new ways of alleviating their boredom. They have secretly hunted and killed a wide variety of prey from a young age, working together as a unit. Though fearsome experts in combat, that thrill has long since left them. They now seek out new ways to dominate those around them.

So this little gem's line art was actually drawn by the lovely and talented miss Rage - in MSN chat. You read that right. I got it unexpectedly as she was demonstrating the paint chat feature (which I didn't know about coz I generally use Miranda - no support for that). Naturally I hearted the living hell out of it. Well, this started off life as a possible tattoo design, was rejected (amicably, I wish to stress), and as I liked it too much to just discard it outright, ended up with this result. If you are trying to figure out wtf inspired this pose... well I'm not sure, but I sort of imagine Rena practicing Capoeira here.
